My Story

It all started with a tea party. At age 11, I became obsessed with throwing next-level personalized events for my girlfriends, where they had a safe space to talk about their dreams. I used fine china and “outsourced” high-quality tea & baked goods (thanks, mom). Hello - world, an entrepreneur with an appreciation for an up-leveled life was born.

That passion for curating highly personalized luxury experiences continued with me through my school years where I attended High Point University dual majoring in luxury interior design and entrepreneurship. Fun fact - growing up my parents owned fraternity homes… beautiful Victorian Mansions that were… well… in need of some work! You could say that detailed design in the luxury lifestyle industry was in my blood.

While in college, I became a licensed realtor and was the youngest to ever to write a regular column for the publication Design Today.

Then, at 22 (in my college dorm room) I founded The Brand Girls; a global social movement and personal branding agency geared for college women. Here we coached 3,000+ women, positioning them for career success. The mission was massive - we took girls from trailer parks in Kentucky to their first job at Vogue by teaching them the art of personal branding and self-promotion. During that time I was partnering with organizations including Oprah’s Leadership Academy in South Africa.

By 25, I felt that I had lived 7 lives (ha!...but for real…) I was doing the work I was put to do in this world. My craft was acclaimed and I was recognized as a thought leader in my niche. I was landing consistent press interviews, paid speaking and partnership opportunities, drawing attention to my life’s mission to empower women to build brand confidence.

Over the years, Forbes, Teen Vogue, and Glamour recognized me as an Elite Personal Branding Coach and I had the honor to share my expertise with 100,000+ women, educating audiences at 75+ Universities (Harvard Business School, Brown, Cornell, etc.), Fortune 500’s (SPANX HQ, Life is Good HQ), and exclusive entrepreneurial conferences + masterminds. During this time, I formed multi-six figure product partnership deals with companies, including but not limited to, Goop, Kodak, and Kendra Scott.

On a personal level, my work has inspired me to dedicate my life to giving back to the next generation of girls.

It is the honor of my life-time to sit on the board of directors of Murphy-Harpst Children’s Home. Here, children are taken from child-protective services due to severe abuse and neglect. Together with my clients, friends, and partners, I annually sponsor 50 girls for Christmas, run a week-long Empowerment Camp, and redesign their living cottages.

What was interesting was… as I earned these opportunities in media and giveback, fellow female entrepreneurs asked: ”HOW CAN I DO THIS TOO?” 

So, now I have dedicated my career to solely coaching a handful of brilliant female entrepreneurs. Together I partner with them and teach them how to define their elite personal brand so they can gain the authority, visibility, and profitability around their own life’s mission. My clients include luxury designers, HGTV stars, best-selling authors, exclusive coaches, and various high 6 and 7 figure small businesses. 

Together, we market their genius while growing their confidence, profits, and influence into the world.
